Having headed struggle for morals, the Russian Orthodox Church uses all possibilities given to it, effectively using advantages of network interaction.

Abstract: The phenomenon of emancipation is analyzed from the points of different theories and methodological approaches. The author offers to consider emancipation as one of the protest forms. In the article the insufficient differentiation of various forms of the protest in the scientific discourse is noted; evolution, essence and various types of emancipation, as well as the external and internal factors that contribute to the attainment of personal independence or prevent it are discussed.

Abstract: There are considered specificities of representation in consciousness of managers of relations with partners of joint managerial activities which have high, low and equal official status. There are analyzed by interconnection of three semantic coordinates of perception of these relations of managers: personal importance, level of subjective control and satisfaction. Results of empiric research show that perception of relations with partners of joint managerial activities depend on official status and continuance of managerial experience of percipient.

Shortcomings of quantitative approach to police efficiency appraisal are under discussion. Arguments are based on the data of in-depth interviews with policemen in Moscow complimented with the results of discourse analyses of Russian police web-chats.
