Abstract: In the present paper we develop ourselves and our colleagues in the subjective-existential approach to personality, the contents of which have already provided many protected dissertations and other scientific texts, is presented with new accents, a result of trying to clarify the relationship of subject-existent with the interpretation of individual design features of postmodernism. Submitted by circumstances on the basis of subjective-existential approach to the personality concept of coexistence, creating an opportunity to see the problem of relations between people in terms of personality, realizes the strategy of self-actualization, self-realization.

Abstract: Forecast of professional success based on diagnosis of his abilities is often unsatisfactory. The notion that integrates the intrinsic properties of the subject, as well as potentially available to him the status and environmental conditions, including the properties of other people, «the resources». Ability, regarded as «functional systems» and one of the resources of the subject, most effectively manifested in an artificial environment (diagnosis, training, etc.). The term «resources» organically connected with the activity which takes place in a real environment, ref lects the ecological approach to success. Historically the first paradigm, which explains the success skills, «characteristics of the subject» may be supplemented by other paradigms that operate «attitude of the subject».

For each of the groups of young people the specific features of the ratio of claims to the regional characteristics of higher education, given macro psychology interpretation of these relations.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study conducted in 21 Russian Federation subjects with the help of a new tool for quantifying and monitoring of public policy. The authors identified five types of public policy in the regions. The study showed that the established one-center regime led to a decrease in the role of the public sphere and politics in the modern political process at the federal level and at the regional level. Without a quality and systemic public policy cannot talk about the transition to modernization, and especially to innovative type of development of Russian society.

Abstract: The article revealed the inf luence of transformations of the electoral system on the activities of political parties in Russia (on the federal parliamentary elections 1993–2007). It was established that the transition from mixed to a proportional system and the adoption of the Federal Law «About political parties» have led to the predominance of political resources of the major parties. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of voting on party lists in Karachay-Cherkessia.
