Abstract: Parliamentary elections in 2007.The author analyzes the Parliamentary Election campaign in 2007 from the point of view of a structural element of political market / the political offer. According to the author’s standpoint, the processes of political conjuncture modelling are the effective tool of political management. At the same time the conjuncture of the political offer of the elections in 2007 is not adequate to the structure of political preferences of the Russian.

Results of the technique’s criterion validity verification are presented. As the results obtained testify, employees of unstable enterprises have much higher psychological parameters of work unreliability.
