Abstract: In the article the problem of modelling of the safe information environment on materials of the South of Russia is analyzed. Abstract: According to the actions of social network analysis of the types of behavioral strategies and functions of members online communities in emergency situations. Adapting the proposed B. McConnell and J. Hub typology «4F-politically active users», the authors pay particular attention to «functionaries» that make a constructive contribution to the Disasters and Emergencies. The conclusion is that the new possibilities of social networks increase the role of network practices in the field of public policy.

Abstract: The paper identifies major characteristics of conf lict management in the interaction between business and government in the regions of Russia. The most important of them recognized the predominance of non-public forms of interaction, different official and unofficial «agenda» of the conf lict, the widespread use of its informal institutionalization. Identifies some differences in conf lict management from Western and Russian companies.

Abstract: The article examines the relationship of political world view and social practice of young people. It is shown that the characteristics of the media picture of the world affect the social practices of young people at the same time social activity can significantly adjust the representation of human social and political sphere. Ref lects the theoretical aspects of the concept of «political world view», defined the key parameters for the analysis of the media picture of the world, the main criteria for the analysis of world view. Discussed the empirical data obtained in a series of focus group discussions with young people.

Abstract: The actuality of the declared theme is caused by essential activity of the Islamic factor in the Russian Federation and its subjects. The purpose of the article is the analysis of problems and prospects of formation of a state policy of the Russian Federation concerning Islam. By working out and realization of the balanced and consecutive state policy the initial beginnings of interaction of Islam and the government which concern should be taken into consideration: the permission of a spectrum of problems from political to the cultural; strengthening of the union of the power and a society, the federal centre with subjects of the Russian Federation; realization effective legal and social policy in Islamic regions of Russia; formation of competent ideological tools of counteraction to Islamic extremism and terrorism; the organization of effective cooperation of Russia with the Muslim countries and the authoritative centers of Islamic thought abroad.

Abstract: A discussion of e-participation concept, one of the major trends for e-government is given in the paper. The dynamics of e-participation development for EU and existing instruments, or so-called e-participation areas, are described and compared to the ones implemented on RF e-government websites. Author provides the results of research performed on selected web-sites in terms of completeness and quality of e-participation instruments and mechanisms. It turned out that the required e-participation level is significantly higher than the actual revealed for Federal Government web-sites in 2009. Only 6 mechanisms of 11 required were revealed on federal e-Government sites during the study. As for the quality of e-participation instruments implementation: the more instruments are implemented to the website, the less quality and usability they have.

Abstract: The article presents an empirical survey with the aim to reveal depositional features of people with different game experience. The test hypothesis is the following: computer game experience is related with certain personal traits patterns and value orientation of the subject. Average personality profiles of groups have been obtained basing on game experience (non-players, beginners, experienced). Described are intergroup statistically significant differences concerning characteristic traits and value orientation intensity; determined are players’personal traits combinations which high risk computer games passion.
