Abstract: There are discussed results of investigation of coping behavior of teenagers with compensated impaired mental development. Exposed specificities of coping behavior look at characteristics of resource mobilizing aspect of social and communicative competence of these teenagers. There is exhibited, that in comparison teenagers with normative mental development, these teenagers are less productive in elective actualization of resources of relevant to psychological nature of experienced difficult situations. Besides these teenagers to distinguish more ego involvement in coping of living difficulties, more energetic and more drive.

Abstract: The ambiguity in the definition of scientific notions in the categorical apparatus of social science, which is becoming more and more complicated and voluminous, is an obstacle in the way of the further development of theory. In particular, in the analysis of world development there is not yet achieved the consensus between scientists regarding the definition and correlation of the notions «world politics», «international relations»,«transnational politics» and «global politics». The target of this article is to generalize the existing approaches to defining these categories, and to overcome the contradictions of some theoretical findings.
