Abstract: The article is devoted to the politics of Chinese communist authority in the sphere of visual agitation and propaganda and its evolution in connection with significant events and historical processes. Special attention pays to visual images and meanings which implanted into mass-consciousness during the forties — seventies of the last century. The author comes to the deduction that the Chinese present-day regime exploits modern forms to advance its ideas but for some portion of inhabitants old posters serves as a window to the lost world.

Abstract: The article explains the approach to the study of burnout from a position of personal human capacity, as the basic individual characteristic, as the core personality, by definition D. А. Leontiev. Justified the choice of characteristics that make up the personal capacity depends on the purpose of the study and a researcher of some theoretical concept of burnout. It is shown that the integration of some characteristics contribute, and others, hinder the development of burnout. Describes the components of emotional, spiritual, moral and self-actualization personal capacities, to varying degrees on burnout of teachers.

ATTITUDE TO CAREER MOBILITY AND STRATEGIES OF YOUTH SOCIAL INTEGRATION

Abstract: The specificity of the relationship of youth and career mobility for post-Soviet period (1990s –2000s) is presented. It is shown that for a large proportion of young people their relations towards individual career mobility options are synchronized with the dynamics of adaptation, indicators of educational aspirations, objective indicators of higher education and the labor market. Considering obtained data two main strategies of social integration of young people are identified.
