Abstract: In this article from the perspective of social and gender psychology the role of appearance is examined and nonverbal expression of an individual female entrepreneur’s personality as a factor of her identification with a group of businesspersons and their expressed willingness to cooperate with her. Based on comparative analysis of the results of female and male entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs the regularities of impact of the degree of attractiveness evaluating upon the intensity of aspiration for cooperating with them are revealed. Parameters of the appearance are determined, which can play the part of socio-psychological barrier for cooperation with female entrepreneurs.

Abstract: The review of the basic directions and varieties of understanding by foreign researchers social and psychological nature, regularities and mechanisms of regulation of interactional processes unfolding at top levels of organizational management in the system of manager/manager relations are shown. Abstract: Theoreticalgroundsforforecastingpsychologicaleffectsofearlyprofessionalization of juvenile athletes are considered. The author checks the assumption based on the theories of psychological development by D.B. Elkonin that the positive or negative effects of early professionalization of the juvenile athletes depend upon the extent up to which sport contributes or impedes the realization of the direction of mental development arterial for a certain period of the age. Empirical data supporting the hypothesis suggested are shown.

Abstract: Confidence is considered as a fundamental condition of a human integral interaction with the world. The results of studies are provided, which show that if a child has a negative experience of basic trust, then it leads to stagnation in the development of trusting relations with other people and stagnation of the development children’s subject personal qualities. Also it is determined that emotional, social and personal adaptation of the first-year pupils to the school is directly proportional to the level of forming of the basic attitude to confidence but disadaptation is associated with the deprivational attitude of children to trust.
