Abstract: Statute which exists in theory and practice of corporation’s safety and affirms that Top Managers are one of most powerful menaces develops and become more concrete. Special attention is attended to menaces, which connect with inability of top and middle managers to arrange effective activities for joint management of organization. It is exhibited, that specific characteristics of personality regulation of daily managerial interactions are valid indicators of that inability. The most widespread destructive patterns of personality regulation of managerial interactions, which cause dysfunctional changes in organization’s development, are distinguished.

Abstract: The article discusses the methodology of the study’s image as a socio-psychological phenomenon that is created in the course of this particular kind of subject-subject interaction as a self-presentation. One of the most fruitful methodological approaches to the study of image, from the standpoint of the author, is a dramaturgical approach I. Hoffmann. Justified by the heuristic potential of this approach to analyze the essence of the image, a concrete notion of «image». Through the prism of dramatic approach considers the individual practice of constructing the image of a political actor.

Abstract: The article presents an analysis of autobiographical texts of adults who have a child with oncology disease. Article demonstrates relationship of child’s disease with the parents’perception of their own life stories. The results correspond with the general trends of construction of autobiographical texts. We demonstrate the most important psychological problems to work with the sample described.

Abstract: Mental burnout in athletic activity not only reduces the effectiveness of training and competitive activities of athletes, but also increases the likelihood of injury and premature termination of talented athletes sporting career. The lack of reliable data on the characteristics of the manifestations of mental burnout among athletes of different gender and qualifications, team and individual representatives of sports led to this study. Used a questionnaire of mental burnout among athletes T. Rideka and A. Smith. The findings suggest that depending on the development of mental burnout from the f loor athlete, his qualifications and the specifics of the sport.

Abstract: Young people, including students, are usually regarded as an object to apply security strategies of government and other actors, developed without any youth’s participation. However, in accordance with the research results, building «horizontal» relations between students and experts could increase the efficacy of «professional counter-terrorism community». The students of the highly conf lict south of Russia, whose perception of terrorism often differs from experts’views, are not only able to function as an «early warning system» about incipient problems, or to indicate the effectiveness of counter-terrorism strategies, but can also produce substantial recommendations for concerned actors.

Abstract: In the article devoted to the phenomenon of political ex-leadership, political career models of CIS states’ex-leaders after losing leadership status. A definition of the political ex-leadership is given, the author suggests a classification of ex-leadership models. Groups of states with similar ex-leadership models are analyzed by means of the classification. Basic groups of factors are also indicated — personal-psychological, environmental and informal ones — which a choice of the models depends on.
