Abstract: In this paper subjective-existential approach is considered and analyzed in terms of the provisions of the philosophical-anthropological concept of S.L Rubinstein. It is emphasized that this approach is especially important during post-nonclassical development of psychology in connection with the processes of integration and ontologisation psychology, an expansion of its domain, as well as the needs of a qualitatively different scale and level of research thinking. It is shown how the formation of psychology of human existence demonstrates the relevance and heuristic ideas incorporated in the concept of S.L. Rubinstein.

Abstract: The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of helplessness. The phenomenon of helplessness is not singled out in psychology, it is considered from the standpoint of different psychological approaches: psychoanalytic, existential- humanistic, behavioral, etc. As a result, the theoretical generalization recognized the need to use the concept of personal helplessness. This is a multi-component personal property, a steady trend towards revaluation differences of personal resources and requirements of the situation, subjectively evaluated as an irresistible and uncontrollable, the manifestations of which may have specific features, resulting in complex situations.

Abstract:The author examines the main trends of development of relations between the Russian Orthodox Church and the State in the 1990's - 2000's. The analysis shows that the church seeks to buildits relations with the state in the spirit of "tact social partnership".
