Abstract: In article the meaning of life is analyzed as system phenomenon with a multilevel and polycomponental structure. Different kinds of disintegration of the life meaning are discussed. On an empirical material is proved that substantial discrepancy of conscious meaning of life orientations with unconscious, but really significant and acting values determines psychological crisis in development of the person.

Abstract: The author compares gender psychology and psychology of sexual differentiation, marks restrictions of the first approach and proves necessity of researches in the field of floor psychology. The author gives results of researches of influence of a sex on conditions endured by the person and behavior in a situation of business negotiations.

Abstract: Professional career (PC) is a subject for critical analysis with use of historical approach to its understanding. We outline new essential characteristics of career phenomena over its historical evolution such as associated professional career (APC), along with new scientific aspects of study. APC approach is subdivided to: a) resources — a number of potential characteristics (qualities) of a subject of the study and those belonging to surrounding subjects, as well as conditions and environment; b) context — a set of conditions and situations, influencing on each other and creating potential resources for subject’s social success; c) dimensions — coordinates and tools for evaluation of the most important resources that are being actually used.

Abstract: The problems of interaction between government and civil society through such a traditional institution of representation of social and labor interests of wage labor, as labor unions. Shows the evolution of the difficult trade-union movement in the direction of development of a healthy social partnership. In this process, the traditional trade unions are losing the role of the defender of the social interests of the majority of the representatives of employees. In many ways, this role was transferred to an alternative trade unions. But they are few and their actions do not change the overall, unsatisfactory situation on the principles of justice in the interests of employees and do not contribute to the formation of a consensual political culture in the Russian society.

Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the contemporary Russian family policy. The focus of the article is the ideological orientation and a package of measures taken by the State in respect of the family. In this article the author singled out the stages of formation and implementation of family policy. Analysis of this shows that contemporary Russian family policy is not coherent, both at the level of ideology and specific mechanisms for implementation. Pronatalistky oriented family policy leads to the fact that many real problems faced by families are on the periphery of State policy. The author suggests that the state family policy must take into account the diversity of modern forms of family relationships and parenting, to include a larger number of actors in the welfare of the citizens with family responsibilities, and the family policy is not limited solely to financial support for families.

Abstract: Considering different theories of political socialization capabilities of their application in studying of political pattern of the world were shown (presented). The central conception of the modern political pattern of the world is an adequate notion about authority, special political views and values. The conception of political pattern of the world is inseparable linked to the process of political socialization, as exactly agents, mechanisms and factors of political socialization forming the perception of authority, its support. Nowadays the researches considering with, on what condition people makes a decision about choosing this or that authoritative personality, on what psychological mechanisms the political perception of citizens are based, are very actual.
