Abstract:The persistence of social experiment in the field of making management models, that answers on the challenges of forming a supra-national structures and harmonization of interests, leads to the transfer of decision-making in the EU. Institutional adaptation of European governance to the problem of its legitimation through political process becomes obvious due to using the open method of coordination. The competencies distributed among the various political levels consciously. Thus, the political process as a whole is able to be unlocked, thereby increasing the chances to take a consensus decision.

Abstract: This article offers the author’s typology of models of electoral volatility orientations of the population. The choice variable model in Russia should be characterized as stochastic. There is not only a frequent change of the leading political organizations, but also a profound variability of party and ideological lines and their position in the political space. Emerging party organizations differ from their predecessors, large-scale change of the place in the distribution of voters between the major parties-but-ideological directions. The variability of electoral space is unstable.

Abstract: An evolution of content and object orientation of the strategic planning process in the system-integration eventualizing enterprise theory which considers new ways of thinking about the corporation’s internal space in the knowledge-based economy were discussed in this article. Superstrategic and strategic decisions in the knowledge corporation are connected with a change of the strategic controlling content that, in a technostructure context, provides intellectual service of the strategic management focusing on competitive advantages forming based on its capital configuration.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of transformational processes in post-Soviet Russia and their inf luence on the consumption of the Russians. Transformational processes are observed through changing in consumption market, stratification structure of modern society and the Russian citizens mentality. The author comes to the conclusion that modern and rather contradictive activity of consumption in Russia has built up under the inf luence of both economical changes (transition to market economics) and mentality of a Russian citizen.

Abstract: The growth of interest in the security psychology draws attention to its subject. The security has been understood traditionally as the absence of unacceptable risk, the risk is based on the model of damage. We could consider the harm is reduction of person resource in any area concerning significance to personality. Examples of «intangible» versions of harm acted a violations or damages have been done to the socio-economic relations and human relations, existential values of the individual, personal psychological space, the legal norms of human interaction. The psychological security problem of human is worthwhile to consider in connection with the construct of subjective well- being of the individual and the experience of her future.

Abstract: The article is devoted to detection the psychological content of the phenomenon of personal powerlessness and its specificity in a situation of high-risk pregnancies, to link indicators of helplessness with the personal characteristics of pregnant. As a result of empirical research concludes that the manifestations of disorder in the power situation was complicated pregnancy destructive. Personality helplessness in this life difficult situation is ref lected in low activity, shyness, mistrust, and rejection of others (up to avoid social contacts) as well as in personal dependence on significant others, inertia in decision- making, the use of ineffective copy-strategies – denial of Action overcome situations of high anxiety and excessive emotionality, leading to an escalation of helplessness (up to depression and somatization problems).
