Биография

Родился 1 июня 1955 г. в  Ворошиловоградской области УССР.

В 1976 г. Закончил Ростовское ВВКИУ.

В 1985 г. Окончил педагогический факультет ВПА.

В 1986–1900 гг. обучался в заочной аспирантуре, успешно защитил кандидатскую диссертацию

В 1995 году защитил докторскую диссертацию по научной специальности 09.00.10 – философия политики и права.

В 1999 году присвоено ученое звание профессора по кафедре философии.

С 1985 по 1997 гг. работал на кафедрах общественных наук ВУЗов Министерства обороны вы должности преподавателя и старшего преподавателя кафедры.

С 1997 г. – по настоящее время работа в ВУЗах Министерства внутренних дел.

С 1997 по 2003 гг. начальник кафедры, заместитель начальника ТФМИ по учебной и научной работе.

В 2003-2005 гг. - нач. кафедры философии и социологии Краснодарского университета МВД России.

2005-2010 гг. – начальник управления учебно-методической работы университета, с 2010 г. и по настоящее время – профессор кафедры философии и социологии.

С 2013 по 2015 гг. – председатель диссертационного совета по философским и социологическим наукам при Краснодарском университете МВД России, в настоящее время – член этого совета.

Член редакционных советов журналов: «Южно-российский журнал социальных наук», «Вестник Краснодарского университета МВД России», «Человек. Общество. Инклюзия».

Scientific interests

Current research focuses on political identity in an EU – Russia comparative perspective, on identity politics, nationalism and nation building, and on studies of   political change (theory and methodology). Italian politics and society and corporate social responsibility also remain topics of research interest.
